To share resumes: [HIDDEN TEXT] whatsapp : +91 9727740780 Details: Technology Management (IT) (1) Technology Management/ BE Electrical Minimum 3-4 year of Experience Skills: Management and Executing Location: Sachin, Surat Job Role: To maintain all billing data of customers for each plant and location To make & maintain data of steam consumption To prepare reports customer wise and submit to accs team To do price revision & client front end problem handling regarding (technical Billing) To prepare & share payment related data calculation for client To support in handling of client issues related to billing , data & panels Develop and implement IT policy such as data security policy, handling of IT gadgets, web browsing policy, password safety, transfer or handover of IT gadgets while leaving or transfer. Data backup policy and implementation. Cost optimization for entire IT spectrum. This will include selection of hardware & software, data plan, selection of networks or technologies e.g. VPN and relevant activities. Proactively update ERP with new changes and trends (such as taxation, GST, any matter affecting day to day operations), updating masters in consultation with concerned department and ERP development team. Web hosting, ability to co-ordinate and upload latest relevant news and contents from time to time. Update company profile (ppt). Keep log of web usage and take action for any wrong use. Drive users to use ERP, constantly identify the areas where ERP can be used. Take user sessions on ERP for better utilization for all functions. Coordinates and ensures IT hardware maintained. Maintain logs of changes proposed in ERP. Acts as a strong interface between users and ERP implementation agency for all functions. Drives proactively the initiative related to generation of reports. Gives latest IT infrastructure to users. Update on site connectivity with service provider. Drives core functional team for continuous development of ERP. Trains users & new joinees on basic ERP functions and conducts orientation for employees from IT point of view. Develops system of feedback received from users from ERP point of views to find out their pain areas. Wherever required, acts as trainer on excel / word / ERP etc Acts as administrator for IT, user conflicts management (by giving authority in system) Submits MIS on timely basis of IT in agreed formats covering status of development, hardware spent. Keep track of IT assets hardware, software license copies etc, Knowledge of disaster management Knowledge of entire business model from ERP perspective Knowledge of latest technology on computers / printers / servers etc Knowledge of IT tools to give effective support to management. Trouble shooting hardware & software related issues Follow and monitor all compliances with respect to ISO, ASME, CE, Safety, 5\'S and other certifications.
