As an IT Development Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing various software development projects within our organization. Your primary focus will be on ensuring successful project delivery, meeting client requirements, and driving innovation through agile and scrum methodologies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the business overview and interconnections of systems, along with a proven track record of effective project management and software development expertise. Responsibilities: 1. Project Management: Utilize Agile and Scrum methodologies to plan, execute, and monitor software development projects effectively. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, testers, and stakeholders, to ensure seamless project execution. Set clear project objectives, define scope, and establish project timelines and milestones. Identify potential risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies to deliver projects on time and within budget. 2. Project Detailing from a Brokerage Back Office Settlement Operations: Understand the specific requirements and intricacies of brokerage back office settlement operations to design suitable software solutions. Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather in-depth insights into business processes, workflows, and challenges. Translate business requirements into comprehensive project plans and technical specifications. 3. Design Architecture / Solutions Architect: Develop robust and scalable software architecture to support the organization\'s technical needs. Work closely with the development team to review and validate the design, ensuring it aligns with the business objectives and best practices. 4. Software Development Competencies: Demonstrate proficiency in MVC, .Net, and ReactJS to guide and mentor the development team effectively. Utilize expertise in Database Management Systems such as MSSQL and PLSQL (Oracle) to design efficient and secure data storage solutions. Knowledge and experience in mobile technologies, specifically Flutter and Dart, are preferred. Behavioral Competencies: Showcase strong analytical skills to identify and address project-related challenges. Possess excellent communication skills, both oral and written, to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders. Take ownership of projects and demonstrate a proactive attitude in problem-solving and decision-making. Foster collaboration and teamwork within the organization to achieve project objectives. Display critical thinking skills to evaluate and improve project processes and outcomes. Requirements: Proven experience as an IT Development Project Manager, with a track record of successfully delivering software development projects. Experience in IT project management, preferably in FinTech, Financial Services, Banking, or Insurance sectors. Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies is essential. Strong understanding of brokerage back office settlement operations and software solutions detailing. Proficiency in MVC, .Net, and ReactJS, along with Database Management Systems (MSSQL and PLSQL). Experience with mobile technologies like Flutter and Dart is preferred. Experience : 4 to 10 years Education : MCA B.Tech in Computer Science M.Tech in Computer Science PGDCA - full-time course is acceptable.
