Who We Are Looking For:

AGCO is looking to hire candidates for the position of IT Developer II - DevOps Mobile Development Support (CI/CD).

We are seeking a skilled and motivated DevOps professional to join our team as a DevOps Mobile Development Support (CI/CD) specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth integration, deployment, and continuous delivery of our mobile applications and related environments. As a key member of our technical team, you will work closely with developers, QA engineers, and operations personnel to streamline the software development and delivery process, enabling rapid, reliable, and efficient deployment of mobile applications.

What You Will Do:

Continuous Integration and Deployment (CI/CD):

Implement, maintain, and enhance CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications (iOS, Android).

Configure and manage automated build and test processes to achieve fast and reliable delivery.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the CI/CD pipelines, and related infrastructure.

Provide technical support to development teams during critical release cycles.

Mobile Application Environment:

Set up and maintain the mobile application supporting environments.

Ensure consistency across environments and manage version control for mobile app releases.

Infrastructure and Automation:

Collaborate with developers to establish automated testing procedures and code quality checks.

Automate manual processes to improve the efficiency and reliability of mobile app deployment.

Version Control and Release Management:

Manage version control repositories, branching, and merging strategies for mobile app codebases.

Coordinate and oversee the release process, including versioning, tagging, and changelog creation.

Security and Compliance:

Implement security best practices to safeguard mobile applications and sensitive data.

Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.

Collaboration and Documentation:

Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and provide efficient solutions.

Document CI/CD processes, infrastructure configurations, and standard operating procedures.

What You Will Bring:

3+ years of relevant business experience

Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar CI/CD role, preferably in a mobile development environment.

Proficiency in mobile development technologies (e.g., React Native, Xamarin).

Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools especially Jenkins and/or GitHub Enterprise.

UNIX/Linux and AWS knowledge is a must.

Experience with mobile app distribution platforms (e.g., App Store Connect, Google Play Console).

Understanding of mobile security best practices and code signing procedures.

Solid understanding of Agile and DevOps principles.

Effective troubleshooting and collaboration skills

Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
