Job Description

Desktop Support:

Oversee and deliver desktop support for both hardware and software, ensuring quick resolution of issues to maintain productivity across the business.

End-User Services:

Develop and implement policies and procedures for efficient desktop support services, ensuring users receive timely assistance and solutions.

Asset Management:

Oversee the management and maintenance of desktop hardware, ensuring all systems are properly tracked, updated, and secured.

Software Deployment:

Manage the deployment of operating systems, software, and updates across the organization using automation tools.

Incident & Problem Management:

Coordinate resolution of desktop-related incidents and problems, collaborating with other IT teams to resolve complex issues.

Security & Compliance:

Ensure that desktop systems are secure and comply with company security standards and relevant regulatory requirements.

Vendor Management:

Manage relationships with third-party suppliers for hardware, software, and support services, ensuring best value and performance.

Continuous Improvement:

Monitor trends in desktop support and IT service delivery, recommending and implementing improvements for efficiency and user satisfaction.

Reporting:

Provide regular reports to senior management on desktop performance, issues, and improvement initiatives.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
