Job Title : IT Sales Manager (Government) | Delhi | \xe2\x80\x82\xe2\x80\x82\xe2\x80\x82 Location : Delhi |
Department : IT Qualifications and Experience: \xc2\xb7 BE, B Tech, IT Bachelor\'s degree experience \xc2\xb7 Minimum of 6 to 7 years of progressive experience in Government Sales roles. \xc2\xb7 Proven experience in Government Sales roles along with Tendering, RFQ, and other Government policies. \xc2\xb7 Strong Knowledge of Data Security (Firewall, Data Leak/ Loss Prevention, Data Encryption, 2 Factor Authentication), File Management (Google Drive, Teams, One Drive) & Cloud SAAS (Software as a Service) solutions \xc2\xb7 Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. \xc2\xb7 Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure. \xc2\xb7 Proficiency in MS Office Suite. \xc2\xb7 Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently with minimal supervision. \xc2\xb7 Strong leadership skills with a collaborative approach to team management. Responsibilities: 1. Need to have a basic understanding of Data Security (Firewall, Data Leak/ Loss Prevention, Data Encryption, 2 Factor Authentication), File Management (Google Drive, Teams, One Drive) & Cloud SAAS (Software as a Service) solutions. 2. Bring new customers on board & maintain relationships with the existing client for more business. Sending an email with FileAgo product details 3. Understand customer requirements & bring business needs within the Government dept. knowing government tendering. 4. Co-ordinate with other Teams & management teams to deliver & meet customer expectations. 5. Act as a bridge for communication between the Tech Team & Management of the Government department 6. Coordinate with internal sales personnel for Appointment & maximize sales opportunity. 7. Manage funnels, forecast, and seize sales opportunities. 8. Drive & manage sales & marketing campaigns with Inside team. Target for every person: 1. Every Month 30 customers/clients to be aligned for Meetings. This can be done individually or through the partners. 2. Out of the above 18-20 clients should be willing for product demo. 3. Out of these 20, there should be 10 conversions mandatory. 4. Every 2 week there need to be 15L business minimum in first Quarter & 2nd Quarter onwards every week 15L business. 5. Performance incentives will be paid quarterly basis. 6. Every week 2 partners should be onboarded. Either MSP or MSPP. 7.
