This job involves handling software support for an CRM & ERP software. You will be provided a detailed training on the product. You will need to handle product queries on email, phone as well as on remote desktop sessions. You will be presenting software demo using remote desktop tools. You will need to followup with clients and close any technical queries raised by the client.
Responsibilities and Duties
Handling inbound technical support requests through email / phone.
Support ticket follow ups
Preparing technical support guide
Preparing user guides, demo video, training video
Present Product Demo online through remote desktop
Qualifications and Skills
Any Fresh graduate with interest in Technical support activity
Fluency in English & Hindi language, both written and verbal
Excellent communication skills
Strong customer support attitude, prompt responses to sales queries
Tech savvy - Computer, Internet applications and software
Basic Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook
Candidates will undergo one month training before joining.
