Job Description

Summary The role is responsible for design, source, articulate, commercialize, present, deliver the best and purpose fit IT solution which is feasible, and viable to external and internal customers. The position also is responsible for delivering the most cost effective solution in alignment with the country, regional and global IT policies and strategies. Responsibilities

• Provide right fit IT solutions for existing and new Business requirements
• Should be able to gather the requirements from customer, by asking the right
• questions.
• Responsible for mapping the business requirements (functional) to IT solutions.
• Gain detailed understanding of the DHL strategic products (WMS/TMS and
• others). Map the requirements to the right fit solutions.
• Comprehend self with sector wise business templates and use it during customer
• meetings, RFQ response etc.
• Identifying the IT aspects and IT deliverables from the RFQ, formulating the right
• queries basis this.
• Responsible for delivering all IT solutions within budget and time lines, for a
• specific region (North or EAST/WEST)
• Responsible for all the RFQ\xe2\x80\x99s response with IT solutions, for a specific region
• (North or EAST/WEST).
• Support the standardization process across the organization
• Align, all IT solutions and submissions to internal and external customers, with
• regional and global IT strategies.
• Documenting the IT solutions into Concept if Solutions.
• Responsible for defining the in scope and out scope for IT deliverable.
• Documenting all communications with customers and various stakeholders clearly
• and effectively.
• Align the dept./organization in line with the Organizational regional policies, and
• guidelines
• Build strong working relationships between within the organization and regional
• stakeholders.
• Align with the ITCS department to deliver the business priorities.
• Provide purpose fit IT solutions for all existing and prospective/new businesses.
• Ensure all IT projects are delivered as per the budget and timelines
• Record the IT commercials budgeted for the RFQ\xe2\x80\x99s
• Maintain the IT cost vs the Revenue trend
• Analyze the data which is maintained from time to time.
• Develop methodologies to standardize the proposal submission for a region.
• Work in tandem with all stakeholders in a region to ensure that the coordinated
• and collective efforts are driven
• Build strong working relationships with the business solution teams.
• Completion of RFQ requests
• Development of effective customer solutions in accordance to the IT Strategy
• and in conjunction with the Regional IT Solutions Team.

• University bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in a business discipline or relevant education and work
• Minimum 2+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience within IT and Business analysis.
• Experience Statistical programming Python, or R
• Excellent Technical Analytical Skills
• Ability to design purpose fit IT solutions, which is Scalable.
• High level of business and commercial acumen
• Budgeting and cost controlling skills
• Should understand Warehousing and Transportation Business.

• Experience preferably in Supply chain /Logistic sector
