. The trainer will be responsible for teaching both theory and practical modules, guiding students in developing IT skills, communication abilities, and customer service techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct classroom and lab sessions on IT basics, computer applications, and customer care processes.
Train students on handling customer queries (voice/non-voice).
Deliver training on MS Office, internet usage, email handling, and CRM tools.
Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and assessments.
Mentor students in communication, soft skills, and problem-solving.
Maintain attendance, progress reports, and evaluation records.
Ensure students are industry-ready for apprenticeships and jobs.
Requirements:
Qualification:
Graduate in IT/Computer Science/Any discipline with good IT knowledge.
Experience:
Prior teaching/training experience or industry experience in IT/BPO/Customer Care preferred.
Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
Basic technical troubleshooting skills.
Skills Required:
