Job Title: IT Counselor (FEMALE ONLY)

We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable IT Counselor to join our team. As an IT Counselor, you will guide individuals in making informed decisions regarding their IT career paths, assisting them in identifying suitable training programs, and provide valuable insights into the dynamic IT industry.

Responsibilities:

? Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with individuals to understand their career goals and aspirations in the IT field.

? Provide information about various IT courses, certifications, and training programs.

? Assess the skills and interests of individuals to recommend suitable IT career paths.

? Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to offer relevant advice.

? Collaborate with training institutions and industry experts to enhance counseling services.

? Assist in organizing workshops or seminars to educate individuals on IT career opportunities.

? Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions and individual progress.

Requirements:

? Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

? Proven experience in IT counseling or career guidance.

? Strong IT industry knowledge, including emerging technologies and job market trends.

? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

? Ability to empathize and connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

? Familiarity with various IT certifications and training programs.

? Certification in career counseling or a related field is a plus.
