Specific Recruitment Experience

:

You

must have hands-on experience

in

sourcing and recruiting IT Corporate Trainers

- not general IT roles. Trainers should be from areas like:

ERP

: SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics

Cloud

: AWS, Azure, GCP

Testing

Programming

: Java Full Stack, Python

UI/UX

Databases

,

Big Data & Analytics

Mobile Technologies

AI / ML / RPA / Blue Prism

Recruitment Knowledge & Skills

:

Must understand the IT recruitment market well.

Should be able to work with

tight deadlines and aggressive targets

and preferably familiar with

ATS tools

Soft Skills

:

Strong people skills - internal coordination and external candidate management. Excellent written and spoken communication.
