Monitor and maintain computer systems, networks, and hardware. Provide first-level support for technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems. Coordinate IT resources and schedules for various departments. Assist in managing servers, backups, and IT security protocols. Install and configure software and computer systems for new users. Maintain documentation of IT processes, systems, and assets. Liaise with vendors for the procurement and maintenance of IT equipment. Ensure data protection and compliance with IT policies. Support internal staff with training on software tools and best practices. Undertake any additional tasks or responsibilities assigned by Organisation
Requirements:
Proven experience in IT coordination, helpdesk, or system administration roles. Working knowledge of networks, hardware, software installation, and troubleshooting. Familiarity with Windows/Linux OS and basic server management. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor//'s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics & Communication, or a related field is required. Diploma holders with strong experience and relevant certifications may also be considered. Additional certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified (MCP/MCSA/MCSE), or Cisco Certified (CCNA) are an added advantage.
