  • Identify optimal, cost effective use of the resources.
Operational
  • To provide prompt support all associates and guests in hotel.
  • Do the routine system set-ups as may be required by software and/or programs.
  • To assist authorized users in relation to operation of the hotel\xe2\x80\x99s I.S. system hardware, various modules and supporting personal computers.
  • To coordinate the investigation and timely handling of any software fault reports or enhancement requests.
Business plan /Analysis
  • To develop sound relationships with IT and maintenance/ Service providers.
Team Management
  • To maintain a good rapport and working relationship with staff in all departments.
General Duty
  • To report for duty punctually wearing the correct uniform and nametag at all times.
  • To maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times.
  • To maintain a good working environment and atmosphere within department and with all departments.
  • To have a complete understanding of the Personnel Section in the Operations Manual and Policies & Procedures.
  • Does not disclose any financial information nor any other confidential information of the Hotels.
  • Respects the hotel\'s commitments to the "Environment Charter" (energy saving, recycling and sorting waste etc).
  • To handle guest and employee inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner and report guest complaints or problems to supervisors if no immediate solution can be found and assure follow up with guests.
  • To set up emergency procedures to continue the operation of the hotel in the event of system failure.
