Key Responsibilities:
Manage Purchase Order (PO) creation & processing in system.
Handle GRC (Goods Receipt & Consumption) entries and validations.
Oversee barcoding system implementation & ensure accurate tagging of products.
Maintain and update warehouse inventory records in software.
Ensure timely reconciliation of stock and system data to avoid mismatches.
Troubleshoot software, hardware, and networking issues at store level.
Support billing, POS machines, printers, and barcode scanners.
Prepare regular reports using MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, etc.) for stock, sales, and purchase analysis.
Coordinate with Head Office IT & Accounts teams for smooth integration of data.
Provide basic training to store staff on IT tools and processes.

Requirements:
Graduate/Diploma in IT, Computer Applications, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in Retail/Inventory IT operations (preferred).
Knowledge of Purchase Orders, GRC, Barcoding, and Warehouse Inventory is a must.
Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, MIS reporting).
Good problem-solving & troubleshooting skills.
Ability to manage IT operations independently at the outlet level.
