Key Responsibilities
Manage and nurture existing client accounts to ensure high satisfaction
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities for IT services and solutions
Conduct regular follow-ups and service reviews with clients
Handle renewals, contracts, and client onboarding support
Coordinate with technical and delivery teams for smooth project execution
Resolve client concerns and ensure timely issue closure
Maintain accurate client records and growth reports in CRM systems
Achieve retention, renewal, and revenue growth targets
Eligibility Criteria
For Freshers / Interns
Interest in client servicing, account management, or IT services
Good communication and relationship-building skills
Willingness to learn customer success and growth strategies
For Experienced Candidates
Minimum 6 months of experience in account management, client servicing, or IT sales
Experience in renewals, upselling, or B2B client handling preferred
Familiarity with CRM tools and retention workflows
