We are looking for an

IT Client Growth & Retention Executive

to build strong relationships with existing clients, ensure client satisfaction, and identify upsell and growth opportunities. This role is ideal for

freshers who enjoy client communication

and

experienced candidates with account management or client servicing experience

. Training will be provided for freshers.

What You'll Do

Manage and maintain relationships with existing IT clients Regularly communicate with clients via calls, email, or WhatsApp Understand client needs and suggest relevant IT or digital services Ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction Handle client queries, feedback, and basic issue coordination Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities Maintain client records and simple growth reports Coordinate between clients and internal teams
Who Can Apply

Freshers or candidates with up to 4 years of experience Good communication and relationship-building skills Customer-focused mindset Basic computer knowledge Willingness to learn IT and digital services
Skills Required

Client communication & coordination Relationship management MS Excel / Google Sheets (basic) Problem-solving & follow-up skills
Good to Have (Not Mandatory)

Experience in IT client servicing, sales support, or account management Knowledge of digital marketing or IT services CRM tool experience Internship or client-handling experience (for freshers)
