About the Role

Shikshanas is looking for a skilled and motivated IT Career Counselor or Sales Executive to handle leads, guide students, and convert inquiries into admissions. This role is ideal for someone with prior experience in IT training institute sales or career counseling.

Key Responsibilities

Handle student inquiries from WhatsApp, website, phone, and social platforms Guide potential students to the right courses based on their goals Follow up with leads and convert them into enrollments Maintain lead status and communication records Coordinate with the training team for smooth onboarding Work towards monthly conversion targets
Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in counseling or sales in an IT training institute or EdTech company Strong communication skills (English, Hindi, Kannada preferred) Proven ability to follow up and close sales Understanding of IT courses like Python, MERN, AWS, etc., is a plus Target-driven and self-motivated
