We are a growing multi-location retail company operating convenience, vape, and specialty stores. We are hiring a

Remote Operations & Camera Monitoring Specialist

to support store security, IT systems, marketing execution, and back-office operations.

This role is designed for

highly responsible, detail-oriented professionals

who can handle multiple systems, maintain strict confidentiality, and support U.S.-based retail operations remotely.

This is

not

a call center role. This is a

critical operations and trust-based position.

Key ResponsibilitiesCamera & Store Monitoring

Monitor live and recorded store cameras Identify theft, policy violations, and suspicious activity Report issues in real-time to management Flag employee violations (phone use, idling, policy breaches, etc.) Document incidents with timestamps and written reports

Back-Office Operations

Verify daily reports, invoices Review POS transactions for errors, voids, or suspicious refunds Update & Maintain inventory level Maintain digital logs and reports Answer any Employee questions or concerns.

IT & Systems Support

Assist with POS systems Monitor system errors and outages Coordinate with vendor support when issues arise Manage basic system updates and troubleshooting

Marketing & Promotions

Create and post promotions on social media Update in-store promotions Assist with digital marketing campaigns Track customer engagement and results

Experience Requirements

Minimum 2 years experience

in at least one of the following:

Camera monitoring / CCTV Retail operations or loss prevention IT support or POS systems Marketing or social media management Back-office or operations support
Experience working with

U.S.-based businesses

is highly preferred.

Required Skills

Strong English communication (written & spoken) High attention to detail Ability to handle confidential information Comfortable with computers, POS systems, and cameras Ability to multitask across systems Ability to follow instructions without supervision Professional behavior and integrity

Work Schedule

Flexible hours Must be available during U.S. business hours when needed Shifts may include evenings and weekends Performance-based hours increase over time
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
