Application / Team Overview:

We are seeking a Senior BA/PO to contribute to BAU and New tasks of the Business Engineering (Techno-functional analysts) Team. The successful candidate will interact with a large number of technical as well as non-technical stakeholders.

He/she requires exceptional communication and presentation skills across both technology and the business and will have a high degree of visibility.

Role Description:

• Responsible for working with various business units to analyze and define requirements to develop the service/product that meets the strategic needs of the Business
• Collaborate and define functional solutions for each project.
• Document Functional Flows and Use Case diagrams
• Document the Functional Requirement Document per TTS standards
• Provide review feedback on the Business Requirements
• Own the Solution during the SDLC cycle ensuring a successful release into Production within the agreed timescales.
• Provide the link between the client, development team and any third party regarding software functionality, throughout the development lifecycle
• Review test scenarios and test scripts for each project
• Triage defects and provide solutions
• Support all Stakeholders from Business, Development, SIT, UAT and Implementation teams in all stages of SDLC

Detail Role Specifications & Requirements

Qualifications:

• BS or MS Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent
• Project management, interpersonal, and communication skills, with high attention to detail will be added advantage.
• 10+ years of relevant work experience, with minimum 5 years of experience managing projects
• Agile knowledge, preferably scrum
• Able to drive technical discussions
• Background in finance and payments industry
• Demonstrated evidence of analysing and documenting complex business processes and system flows; experience writing requirements specifications for Information Systems within the payments environment
• Working knowledge on Transaction/Payment processing and the payment industry
• Working knowledge of SWIFT, ISO 20022, low-value and high-value such as ACH, Wires, Checks, SEPA etc. (preferably in-depth knowledge of implementing solutions that process these types of payments)
• End to end experience of the project lifecycle.
• Strong analytical skills with excellent problem solving abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to work with multiple layers of complexity.
• Proven ability to identify and resolve data inconsistencies and be able to present information and analysis clearly and concisely.
• Experience driving small to medium sized cross functional projects.
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence others
• Very strong written and oral communication skills
• Maintains composure in the face of highly ambiguous environments and constant change
• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent

Technical / Functional Proficiency:

• The candidate should have proven record of accomplishment implementing a financial transaction system with significant volumes.
• Database experience (Oracle/SQL)
• Experience in Financial industry
• Experience with Payments applications and processes would be advantageous

• Demonstrated sense of responsibility and capability to deliver quickly
• Excellent communication skills. Clearly, articulating and documenting technical and functional specifications is a key requirement.
