IT Business Process Architect - P2P Indirect Purchasing Your role: As a value-driven member of our global Digital, Data & IT organization helping to enable the digital transformation of our company\'s Enabling Functions, you will play a key role as IT Business Process Architect (BPA) - Indirect Purchasing.You will be accountable across several different levels within the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) stream, such as:participate in the design, build, deployment and post go-live support of strategic (transformational) SAP ERP-related projects worldwide. As a member of this business-facing global technology team, you will also:help advise project managers and workstream leads, train key users, support stakeholders and keep governance on ERP and the associated IT landscape in different business sectors and regions. You will act as a trusted advisor in various projects, being the main counterpart for consultants and technical experts, and coordinating key user activities like requirements gathering, testing, training and master data preparation. For already running/\'live\' subsidiaries in ERP and related Indirect Purchasing tools (E.g.SAP Ariba), you will:manage process governance, evaluate new change requests (CRs) and help to test (as required), facilitate process owner decisions, as well as propose/advise on process improvement initiatives, including key user management. Who you are +5years of relevant experience working with SAP ERP and as well deep knowledge of Indirect Purchasing processes andmaster data management for Purchasing (including the interrelation with MDG-s) Hands-on project deployment experienceon a global level so youcan demonstrate robust understanding of the integration of procurement processes in the overall process landscape, both from a technical point of view, as well as from a business perspectiveand where ambiguity may exist requiring strong problem solving skills Possesses comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of the SAP Purchasing processes, as well as a broad understanding of applicable regulations (E.g. Sales/Use Tax, Global Trade Services (GTS), etc.) Deep understanding of the respective modules in SAP, particularly MM-PUR in several SAP versions, preferably incl. S4/HANA (ideally) Experience working with cloud-based Indirect Purchasing systems such as: SAP Ariba, Coupa, GEP, Jaegger, etc. High-level understanding of other SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO) and understand the dependency of these modules with the e2e indirect purchasing processes (E.g. PR creation, PR workflow, Goods Receipt, etc.) (ideally) Experience with different project methodologies (e.g. Agile) and tools (e.g. HP-ALM, JIRA) Willing to travel: 10-15% or as deemed required for strategic projects (E.g.
