The opportunity

Responsibilities:

  • Project Management
  • Project manage the delivery of Global projects to the R&D business. Build roles and responsibilities. Manage project status reports, gantt charts and managerial status reports.
  • Host project meetings and track and organise deliverables.
  • Work with a limited degree of supervision.
  • Stake Holder Management and learning business process requirements
  • Provide support to Global R&D sites for applications such as NuGenesis ELN, SDMS, IDBS, Blue Mountain RAM through tight stakeholder management, learn the business processes to understand the processes that can be integrated into the global informatics applications.
  • Remotely support other Teva sites across multiple zones as needed.
How you\'ll spend your day
  • SDLC and change control requests
  • Development of validation strategies
  • Complete validation deliverables for implementations
  • Contribute to the validation of software applications/modules and associated interfaces according to business needs and internal procedures (Support system upgrades, change control, retrospective validation, software add-on installations where capable).
  • Work within defined processes and procedures or methodologies and help determine the appropriate approach for new assignments.
  • Work with project teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements as well as internal policies and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with Data Integrity requirements and remediation activities for Laboratory systems.
  • Author, review and contribute to SOP revisions
  • Partnership with extended teams
  • Interface directly with Business, QA and IT infrastructure functional areas
  • Provide guidance to GAUS support team for support for Global informatics applications
Your experience and qualifications

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s Degree preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Computer Engineering, Project Management, or a related field, degree in life sciences, or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
  • At least 3 years\' experience in a global project management role
  • Extensive experience in regulated biotech or pharmaceutical companies
  • Experience in regulated environment (GLP, GCP or GMP)
  • Experience in 21 CFR Part 11, GAMP policies
  • Experience in project management (Agile or Waterfall)
  • Experience in providing remote business analyst support to laboratory system users in a highly regulated environment within the Pharmaceutical Industry
  • Successful experience working in a team environment and with a multi-disciplinary and global team
