Role Overview



We are seeking enthusiastic Fresh Female graduates who aspire to build a career in Lead Generation & IT Sales. This role is designed to provide structured training, mentorship, and exposure to international markets. You will learn to identify prospects, engage with decision-makers, and contribute to monthly closures while developing essential professional and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities



? Learn and utilize lead generation tools (CRM, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo) for real-time

prospecting

? Conduct cold calls and email outreach campaigns with personalized messaging

? Track and improve response rates and engagement metrics under guidance

? Identify and qualify prospects aligned with target industries

? Maintain and update CRM systems with lead status and follow-ups

? Engage with prospects across multiple regions with structured communication

Required Qualifications



? Recent graduates (BBA, MBA, BE, B.Tech, or equivalent) with interest in IT sales

? Basic knowledge of CRM platforms or lead generation tools (training will be provided)

? Strong analytical and research capabilities

? Excellent communication skills and eagerness to learn negotiation techniques

? Interest in SaaS, Tech services, or enterprise IT solutions

? Show resilience in handling rejection and pressure during the sales journey
