Key Responsibilities
Social Prospecting:
Identify and engage potential leads through strategic outreach on social media platforms (DMs, comments, and networking).
Cold Outreach:
Conduct a high volume of outbound cold calls daily to qualify leads and pitch services.
Lead Conversion:
Manage the full sales cycle from the first "Hello" in a DM to closing the contract.
Objection Handling:
Persuasively navigate "no's" and hesitation by highlighting the value of our services.
Remote Collaboration:
Participate in daily virtual scrums and report on KPIs (leads generated, calls made, conversion rates).
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience:
0-2 years of experience in Sales, Telemarketing, or Business Development (Freshers with high energy are encouraged to apply).
Communication:
Exceptional written and verbal communication. You must be able to write "scroll-stopping" DMs and speak confidently on the phone.
Social Savvy:
Deep understanding of how to use LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook for business (not just personal use).
Tech-Ready:
Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection, a quiet workspace, and a laptop.
Mindset:
Self-motivated and disciplined enough to hit targets without a manager looking over your shoulder.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus, but "hustle" and results matter more.
