Position Overview
We are seeking a
highly skilled and motivated IT Lead Generation Specialist
with
3+ years of experience in IT services sales
. The ideal candidate should be proficient in all modern lead generation platforms, have a strong technical understanding, and be capable of driving international business growth while guiding junior team members.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation (Primary Focus)
Generate qualified leads using the following channels :
Create and execute targeted campaigns to reach potential clients
Research and identify decision-makers in targeted organizations
Track and optimize lead sources for performance
Sales & Conversion
Perform
requirement analysis
and engage in effective
client communication
Understand and explain technical concepts clearly to clients
Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams for proposal creation
Manage
end-to-end sales conversion
from lead to closure
Negotiate terms and maintain strong post-sale relationships
Team Collaboration
Support and train junior team members in lead generation strategies
Share performance insights and help build a stronger pipeline
Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum
3+ years of experience
in
IT services lead generation/sales
Strong experience with
international markets
(US, UK, Europe, etc.)
Excellent communication and client handling skills
Good understanding of technical services: Web, Mobile, Custom Software
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation platforms
