Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to identify and create new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience in lead generation, and a keen understanding of international markets and technologies used in software development.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate business opportunities for software services and staff augmentation.
Conduct lead generation through cold calls, cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other channels.
Utilize LinkedIn effectively for networking and establishing professional connections.
Set up meetings and appointments with CXO-level professionals.
Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients to understand their business needs.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with client requirements and deliverables.
Stay updated on international market trends and emerging technologies in software development.
Required Skills & Qualifications
2-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field. (Must in IT)
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in using LinkedIn, upwork and other professional networking platforms.
Basic understanding of different technologies used to build software and sales CRM.
Ability to engage with high-level professionals and build long-term relationships.
Knowledge of international market trends and business expansion strategies.
