: IT Sales Manager



We are seeking a dynamic

IT Business Development Executive

to spearhead lead generation, build strong client relationships, and drive demand for our IT services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for prospecting, strategizing campaigns, and closing opportunities that fuel our business growth.

Key Responsibilities



Lead Generation & Prospecting

Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research, online channels (LinkedIn, Apollo, ZoomInfo), referrals, and networking. Uncover potential clients' IT needs and align them with our solutions.

Sales Strategy & Execution

Develop and implement targeted, multi-channel campaigns (email marketing, events, and social media) to attract high-value prospects. Prepare and deliver tailored presentations and proposals to decision-makers.

Client Engagement & Relationship Management

Build rapport and trust with prospects by understanding their challenges and providing solutions. Maintain long-term client relationships through consistent communication and support.

Performance & Growth

Track and analyze sales metrics to refine strategies and ensure achievement of revenue targets. Stay updated on IT industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.

Requirements



Experience

- Minimum

1 year of experience

in IT sales, technology solutions, SaaS sales, or business development.

Sales Acumen

- Strong ability in lead generation, qualification, and closing opportunities.

Communication

- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

Results-Driven

- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

Tech-Savvy

- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar), MS Office suite, and online prospecting tools.

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related discipline; MBA is a plus.
