Job Title:

Sales Executive

Job Summary:

The Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales growth through new customer acquisition, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and expanding the company's business both domestically and internationally. This role involves managing distributor relationships, supporting the HORECA segment, handling customer inquiries, generating leads, and coordinating with logistics and procurement teams. The position also requires a strong focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:



Customer Acquisition & Sales Growth:



Regularly acquire new customers by identifying opportunities, leading technical and commercial discussions, and conducting product demonstrations.

Negotiate and finalize deals based on customer requirements and business objectives.

Expand the company's reach into the HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, and Catering) segment, defining monthly and quarterly plans to drive sales growth, including volume, value, and market share.

Actively seek out and engage with potential customers to expand the client base, both domestically and for exports.

Customer Relationship Management:



Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers by meeting or exceeding their delivery and service expectations.

Address customer queries and resolve complaints promptly to ensure customer satisfaction and continued business growth.

Regularly follow up with customers to ensure timely closure of deals and to maintain ongoing relationships.

Distributor Management:



Conduct weekly distributor business reviews to monitor progress, address concerns, and ensure continued business growth.

Acquire new distributors to meet yearly sales targets, and manage existing distributor relationships to foster long-term partnerships.

Sales Administration & Support:



Prepare and send accurate price quotations based on customer inquiries, ensuring all requirements are addressed.

Follow up on quotations to close sales effectively and ensure the timely processing of orders.

Coordinate with logistics vendors to ensure on-time product delivery when required.

Target Achievement:



Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as set by the management.

Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales goals and drive business growth.

Monitor sales performance, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions to achieve targets.

Prepare regular sales reports to track performance against targets and share insights with the management team.

Additional Duties:



Faulty Material RMA Generation:

Handle the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process for faulty materials, coordinating with internal teams to ensure proper documentation and resolution.

Procurement for Non-Cisco Brands:

Manage procurement activities for non-Cisco products, ensuring timely purchasing decisions and cost-efficiency.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience in sales or customer acquisition, preferably in the tech or product sales sector.

Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet financial and sales targets.

Experience in using CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.
