Enterprise Architecture Expert

Your role

• Own the end-to-end test strategy for a global SAP S/4HANA rollout, spanning SIT, E2E, UAT, regression, and hypercare.
• Stand up and run SAP Cloud ALM (CALM) Test Management-planning, risk-based scope, traceability, and actionable dashboards.
• Lead Tricentis-based test automation (Tosca / Tricentis Test Automation for SAP), building scalable, maintainable regression packs.
• Coordinate distributed functional, technical, and business test teams (internal, SI partners, SMEs) across regions and time zones.
• Establish and run the defect lifecycle & triage (severity, SLA, RCA), integrating CALM and Tricentis toolchains and workflows.
• Align coverage to end-to-end processes-Order-to-Cash, procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, Manufacturing, Supply Chain-and integration points.
• Plan and execute cutover dress rehearsals, data migration validation, and release readiness with Basis, Security, and Integration teams.
• Drive non-functional testing (performance, security, resilience) for interfaces (IDocs, APIs, EDI, middleware) and extensions.
• Define entry/exit criteria and report KPIs (coverage, pass rate, defect density/age, automation %) to PMO and Steering Committee.
• Coach testers, enforce standards/templates, and ensure auditable documentation aligned to change control and compliance.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 8-12+ years leading enterprise test programs, incl. at least one global SAP S/4HANA rollout.
• Hands-on SAP Cloud ALM Test Management (plans, traceability to processes/requirements, dashboards) with Tricentis integration.
• Advanced Tricentis (Tosca / Tricentis Test Automation for SAP): model-based design, SAP GUI/Fiori/OData/API automation, stable regression packs.
• Exposure to Tricentis NeoLoad (performance), Elastic Execution Grid, and LiveCompare (change-impact) or equivalent risk tools.
• Strong process coverage across O2C, P2P, R2R, Plan-to-Produce, EWM/TM, and integration patterns (SAP Integration Suite/CPI/PO, EDI, APIs).
• Proven country rollout/UAT leadership (localization, e-invoicing/tax, banking formats, language considerations).
• Test data & environments: synthetic/masked data, golden masters, refresh strategy; data migration validation (Migration Cockpit/BODS).
• Non-functional testing ownership: performance, security/SoD with GRC, resilience/failover; cutover PVT and hypercare.
• CI/CD and DevOps familiarity (Jenkins/Azure DevOps, transport orchestration CTS+/gCTS), automated triggers for regression.
• Confident exec communication: KPI-driven reporting (coverage, pass rate, leakage, automation %) and go/no-go facilitation.
• Vendor/SI management and coaching of distributed teams across time zones; strong stakeholder and conflict-resolution skills.
• Certifications (nice to have): ISTQB Advanced Test Manager, Tricentis Certified (Automation Specialist 1/2), SAP Activate, PMP/PRINCE2, ITIL; regulated industry exposure (SOX/CSV/GxP).
