o Collaborate with credit risk and loan operations teams to identify and document business requirements
o Conduct gap analysis to determine system enhancements or configurations needed to meet business objectives.
System Configuration and Deployment
o Configure Moody's CreditLens for credit rating models, portfolio management, and reporting.
o Assist in loan-servicing platform setup for loan origination, servicing, and management.
o Coordinate with IT to ensure seamless integration between credit-risk and loan-servicing platforms
Data Analysis and Reporting
o Utilize SQL and other data analysis tools to extract, analyze, and report.
o Provide insights to stakeholders through data visualization tools and regular reporting.
o Deep understanding of ADB's NSO IT Products such as CreditLens, including breakdown of SQL tables and
terminologies
o Develop test cases and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) for new system implementations or upgrades.
o Ensure system integrity and performance post-deployment.
Stakeholder Engagement and Communication
o Act as a liaison between business units and IT, facilitating clear communication and understanding of project goals.
o Lead training sessions for end-users on new system features and updates.
Continuous Improvement
o Identify opportunities for process optimization within credit and loan workflows.
o Recommend system enhancements or new tools that improve efficiency and decision-making.
Requirement and Qualification (Education & Work Experience)
Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or related fields.
Minimum 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in financial software projects. Must have worked with credit
risk or loan management systems; preferably with experience in CreditLens and LoanIQ.
Strong background in credit risk and loan processing. Must understand credit analysis concepts (PD, LGD, ratings)
used in tools like CreditLens, and loan lifecycle stages covered by LoanIQ.
Technical Skills:
Deep understanding of Moody's CreditLens credit scoring workflows, configuration of rating models, and experience
in implementing or using CreditLens in a banking environment.
Hands-on experience with Finastra LoanIQ, including configuring loan products, managing rollouts of new modules,
or supporting end-users on the platform.
Ability to write SQL queries against relevant databases (e.g., CreditLens repository or LoanIQ database) for data
extraction, validation, and reporting. Experience with data visualization or BI tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) is a plus
for creating dashboards from CreditLens/LoanIQ data.
Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and familiarity with project management and collaboration tools
(e.g., JIRA, Confluence, MS Teams).
Soft Skills:
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to guide technical discussions and mentor team
members.

Reporting and Coordination
For the provision of staff augmentation services, the Agency Personnel will take instructions from the Manager at the Information
Technology Department at ADB and work closely with the project team, internal and external stakeholders.
The Agency Personnel will provide any other services as required by the team and ADB ITD supervisor or user unit.
Work Arrangement
Hybrid, requiring employees to report onsite three times a week. If the user unit requires contractors to report to HQ, compliance is
mandatory.
Work Schedule is from 8:00AM - 5:00PM Manil
