How You Will Contribute:

• Gather and translate business needs into actionable solutions through detailed requirements and functional specifications.
• Analyse and enhance processes to ensure seamless alignment between technology capabilities and business objectives.
• Manage the end-to-end delivery lifecycle, from initial request to implementation and closure.
• Provide expert guidance on complex IT issues and processes, serving as a trusted advisor.
• Lead meetings, foster alignment, and facilitate decision-making across stakeholders.
• Identify risks within delivery and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and Product Owners to shape the Services Technology Roadmap.
• Establish and measure baseline metrics to inform decision-making and track initiative success.
• Communicate progress updates effectively to technical, non-technical audiences, and executives.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices in IT service management and business analysis.

The Assets:

• Experience with ITIL, Agile methodologies, or other IT service frameworks.
• Familiarity with automation tools and analytics platforms.
• Certification in business analysis or project management (e.g., CBAP, PMP).
