The Oracle Finance functional consultant will involve in understanding the client's business process, requirements, and mapping to the Oracle EBS system as best as possible. If gaps are identified between the requirements and Oracle EBS system, the functional consultant with the help of technical architect should suggest solutions. He/she may need to work on support to help in resolving issues raised by business users. Will also support the business users in prioritizing the feature evolution backlog and resolving issues within agreed SLA.
Responsibilities:
Participate or lead requirement study in detail
Preparation of RD020 document (As-Is process document) and get sign-off from client
Mapping the requirements to Application process
Preparing BP080 Document (Mapping of As-Is process to To-Be Process) and get sign-off from client
Conference Room Pilot (CRP) environment Setup
Conduct Conference room pilot testing, unit testing, and integration testing. Test script
Prepare Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) manuals
Testing of Customizations (Forms, Interfaces and Reports)
User Acceptance Testing (UAT) environment Setup
Assist users in UAT and resolve UAT issues
Production Instance Setup
Assist Developers for data migration
Post Live support
Qualifications/Technical skill
Master or bachelor's degree in finance
Oracle Finance modules Hands on Experience in Oracle
R12
and experience in implementation of
GL/ AP/ AR
and FA , India GST and EBTAX is desirable
Minimum two End to end implementation in R12
Strong Accounting Knowledge
Good experience in Migrations
Total work experience approximately 4 to 6 years
Should have strong communication (written and oral) and experience of working with stakeholders in US/ Europe
Should working in MNC and mandate to work from Schneider office from Day1 and adopt hybrid model of working.
Strong Business Analyst skills (e.g., analytical skills, requirement engineering, design thinking, agile methodologies)
Experience working in Agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban) and tooling (e.g., Azure DevOps)
Team player who is skilled at building up and managing stakeholder relationships
Proven ability to work in a multi-cultural environment and time zones required
Good self-management skills and stress resilience
