About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Business Development Executive (BDE) who has hands-on experience in Upwork-based international lead generation. The ideal candidate should be able to manage the complete bidding cycle, understand client requirements, write professional proposals, and coordinate with global clients with flexible working hours.
Key Responsibilities
Generate international IT leads exclusively via Upwork.
Write high-quality proposals tailored to client requirements.
Understand client needs and translate them into clear technical points.
Handle the end-to-end bidding process from lead discovery to closure.
Communicate with global clients as per their time zones (flexible timings).
Coordinate with internal teams for requirement clarity and project scope.
Required Skills
Minimum 1 year experience in Upwork bidding for IT services.
Strong understanding of web & mobile development services.
Excellent communication and proposal-writing skills.
Ability to handle multiple bids and follow-ups professionally.
Strong understanding of client requirements and project scoping.
