Key Responsibilities:
Identify business opportunities in the IT sector through various bidding channels
Write custom and persuasive proposals for IT services such as web development, mobile apps, software, and digital solutions
Generate leads and convert them into long-term clients
Collaborate with technical teams to gather accurate project requirements and ensure successful delivery
Handle complete bidding process--from lead generation to project acquisition
Maintain healthy client relationships and follow up for future projects
Achieve monthly targets and contribute to business growth
Required Skills:
1-4 years of experience in IT bidding or business development
Strong knowledge of IT services (Web Development, Mobile Apps, SaaS, Blockchain, etc.)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities
Goal-oriented and self-motivated
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field
Familiarity with bidding platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, etc. is a plus
Experience with international clients (US, UK, Canada, Australia)
