We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven

IT Bidder/Online Bidder/BDE

with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in generating business through online bidding platforms, including Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, and other digital channels. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a keen understanding of IT services, and the ability to craft compelling proposals that convert prospects into long-term clients.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, analyzing project requirements, preparing client-centric proposals, and closing deals efficiently. This role demands the ability to conduct thorough market research, understand client pain points, and position the company's IT services--such as web development, mobile app development, digital marketing, and software solutions--in a value-driven manner. A successful applicant will be proactive, target-oriented, and capable of managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to final handover.

Key Responsibilities:



Generate business through Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms. Create persuasive, customized, and high-quality proposals to win IT projects. Understand client requirements and position suitable service offerings. Negotiate terms and close deals to meet monthly revenue targets. Maintain strong relations with existing and new clients to ensure repeat business. Collaborate with the technical team to ensure accurate project scoping and delivery alignment. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends. Maintain records of leads, proposals, and conversions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Minimum 1 year of experience as an Online Bidder/BDE. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Understanding of IT services and project lifecycles. Ability to draft winning proposals and negotiate effectively. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
