Online IT Bidder
to join our Business Development team at

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for bidding on platforms like
Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, PeoplePerHour
, etc., generating quality leads, and converting them into long-term clients. This is a key role in growing our IT services business globally.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify relevant projects and clients on freelance portals like
Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, PPH
etc.
Analyze client requirements, write customized and high-quality proposals.
Generate qualified leads and follow up to convert into clients.
Coordinate with the internal team (developers/designers/project managers) for accurate technical solutions.
Negotiate pricing, timelines, and contract terms with clients.
Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Regularly update lead and bid status in CRM or tracking sheets.
Achieve weekly/monthly targets for bidding and client acquisition.
Stay up to date with platform changes, bidding best practices, and client communication trends.
Handle queries, prepare project estimates, and participate in client meetings if required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in
IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
.
6 months - 2 years of experience
in online bidding / business development in an IT company. (Freshers with excellent communication may be considered for trainee roles.)
Excellent
written and verbal English communication
skills.
Experience with
Upwork, Freelancer.com, Guru, PPH
or similar platforms.
Ability to write clear, customized, and winning proposals.
Basic understanding of IT services:
Web Development, Mobile Apps, UI/UX, eCommerce, CMS (WordPress, Shopify), etc.
Knowledge of bidding strategy, keyword selection, and client targeting.
Proficiency in tools like
MS Word, Excel, Google Sheets, CRM
tools, etc.
Nice to Have (Optional):
Experience working with international clients (USA, UK, AUS, Canada).
