: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation and Prospecting: ? Identify potential clients through various channels (LinkedIn, networking, online research). ? Generate a consistent pipeline of qualified leads.
2. Client Relationship Management: ? Establish and nurture relationships with clients and stakeholders. ? Act as the primary point of contact for prospective clients during the pre-sales phase.
3. Pitching and Proposals: ? Present company's services effectively to potential clients through meetings, calls, or emails. ? Draft and send proposals tailored to client needs.
4. Market Research: ? Analyze industry trends to identify new opportunities for growth. ? Research competitor offerings to enhance our service portfolio.
5. Collaboration with Teams: ? Coordinate with technical and design teams to understand project feasibility and requirements. ? Provide input on project pricing and timelines based on client requirements.
6. Target Achievement: ? Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets.

Qualifications

:
? Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
? Experience: 0-2 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the IT services industry.
? Skills: ? Strong communication and negotiation skills. ? Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them to non-technical clients. ? Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.

Preferred

:
? Experience working in startups or small-scale IT service companies.
? Familiarity with AI/ML, web development, or UI/UX design services.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
