Fluent English speaking is mandatory
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and software.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Maintain IT-related records, logs, and documentation (asset records, inventory, user access, software licenses).
Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and updates for IT management.
Assist in preparing user manuals, SOPs, and system documentation.
Coordinate with employees regarding IT requests and escalate issues to the technical team.
Assist in basic troubleshooting tasks (password resets, email setup, hardware checks).
Track and log IT support tickets and ensure timely follow-ups.
Update and maintain data in systems, spreadsheets, and internal software.
Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and timely updates.

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
