What you will learn and contribute to The Atlassian products are largely utilized by R&D and across all organizations, with large scale instances (25K+ users each) operated by IT, with multiple 3rd party apps utilized on Atlassian services and complex usage patterns. With a continuous attention to technology trends and evolution of processes and tools, the IT Delivery organization delivers on the Nokia enterprise architecture and business strategy. As part of our team, you will: . As a Solution Architect, you have a deep understanding of the end-to-end architecture covering technologies and business processes for R&D and involving Atlassian Products, in particular JIRA and Confluence and related Third-party apps. . A good knowledge of other technologies and tools involved in the R&D landscape, in particular in the Portfolio and Product Management domain is also required. . You will determine the technologies and proposes overall solution architecture, based on Nokia enterprise architecture strategy and principles - for diverse types of projects, that cut across multiple teams, processes and geographies. . You will act as a subject matter expert in the Atlassian domain, working with various lines of business to translate their requirements into effective design and implementations in Atlassian services, following best practices and process standardization principles. In this role, you will provide guidance to teams, on best practices to utilize the service. . You have hands on knowledge on deploying at large scale, products/platforms, and in particular Atlassian products on cloud . You have experience with monitoring and troubleshooting tools, to analyse issues, identify usage patterns, detect inefficiencies, performance and stability threats to the services - and drive proposals for architecture improvements and effective usage of Atlassian products. . A proven history of synthesizing and simplifying complex requests and business objectives into architecture and system design is required. . Experience of Performance Load tests tools and techniques . Partner across tech and engineering teams on all things architecture, design, problem solving, and mentorship that ensures not only successful solution delivery, but operational excellence in production. . Build and maintain relationships globally with key architects and partners across technology organizations. Collaborate on promoting Atlassian architectural standards and practices. . Exhibit a relentless focus on our customer\'s needs and success. Your skills and experience You have: Competence and Skills: . Deep knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies and software development agile at scale (Scrum, SAFe, LeSS, ...). . Experience with Cloud computing architecture - Azure, AWS and related IaaS/PaaS/SaaS services. . ALM and pipeline : Atlassian, GITlab/Gerrit, Jenkins, Artifactory, Ansible, Selenium, ELK . Test Automation tools . Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to build a strong level of partnership at all levels of the organization. Highly collaborative, able to drive large diverse teams across the world through influence and collaboration. Education and Experience: . Master\'s or five-year degree in Computer Science, Information Management or equivalent discipline. . Five years or more in Atlassian products solution delivery - in particular JIRA and Confluence . Five years or more in R&D domain, including strong exposure to the R&D technical environment, processes & tools . Atlassian certifications as JIRA System Admin or JIRA / Confluence Admin is preferred. .
