Job Title: Hotel IT AssociateJob Summary
The Hotel IT Associate is responsible for providing technical support and maintaining the hotel's IT systems to ensure smooth daily operations. This role supports hotel staff and guests by troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and system issues, while helping maintain secure and reliable technology across all departments.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first-level IT support to hotel staff and, when needed, guests
Troubleshoot hardware, software, POS, PMS, and network connectivity issues
Support hotel systems including Property Management Systems (PMS), Point of Sale (POS), email, Wi-Fi, and telephony
Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, servers, and other IT equipment
Monitor system performance and report issues or risks to IT management
Assist with user account management, access controls, and basic cybersecurity practices
Coordinate with external vendors and corporate IT teams for escalated issues
Maintain IT inventory, documentation, and support logs
Ensure compliance with hotel IT policies and data protection standards
Provide on-call or shift-based support as required by hotel operations
Qualifications & Skills
Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS environments and networking concepts
Familiarity with hotel systems (PMS, POS) is a strong advantage
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays if required
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?160,000.00 - ?200,000.00 per year
