Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding & Offboarding: Create and deactivate user accounts on Open Dental, Denticon,
RingCentral, MedTrainer, Dropbox, Podio, and other platforms. Ensure proper access permissions
and compliance during transitions.
Application Support: Provide technical assistance for Open Dental, Denticon, RingCentral,
MedTrainer, Dropbox, Podio, and other business-critical applications. Troubleshoot and resolve
application-related issues promptly.
Hardware Support: Offer basic troubleshooting for printers, scanners, desktops, and peripherals.
Coordinate repairs or replacements when necessary.
Documentation: Create and maintain IT documentation, including SOPs, troubleshooting guides,
and system configurations.
Additional Tasks: Assist in IT projects and tasks as assigned by the IT Manager. Support network
and security initiatives when required.
Required Skills:
Strong understanding of IT systems and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with dental practice management software (Open Dental, Denticon) and
communication tools (RingCentral).
Basic knowledge of hardware troubleshooting.
SQL query skills and experience with Zoho Analytics (preferred).
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
