We\'re looking for person who can support multiple applications and systems in the Windows and LINUX Environments. The candidate requires a working knowledge of the Windows OS and the applications and services running on these systems. A general Knowledge of LINUX is required and the willingness to train in the processes running on LINUX Systems

Key responsibilities include:
Work with multiple teams across the organization to maintain uninterrupted production flow.
General knowledge of Windows Batch Files/ Command Files.
Regularly check systems and monitor alarms, diagnose the symptoms, analyze the root causes, and suggest corrective action to prevent future issues.
Root Cause Analysis is important, the candidate must be able to trace problems and correct issues, and or report a detailed analysis to the Development Team.
Explore new latest relevant technology, techniques, frameworks, tools, methodologies, and processes.
Work with internal and external clients to address any issues and take corrective measures when required.

About You

Key Qualifications and Skills:
2+ years hands-on experience in Windows Systems, services, and applications
General knowledge of LINUX
Experience in MS Office, a working knowledge of EXCEL.

Nice to have:
SQL Data Base knowledge and building SQL Queries.
Knowledge of APIs, retrieving data from APIs, and diagnosing errors.
Knowledge of programming languages is a plus.
