CRSP Connect Pvt Ltd is seeking a reliable and technically skilled
IT Assistant
to support daily IT operations, maintain hardware and software systems, and assist in resolving technical issues across the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in IT support and a customer-oriented approach.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in person.
Install, configure, and maintain hardware such as desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices.
Monitor and maintain local networks in ways that optimize performance.
Set up accounts and workstations for new employees.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in a timely manner.
Support software installations, updates, and system backups.
Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
Assist in the implementation of new systems or upgrades.
Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems.
Escalate complex issues to the IT Manager or relevant specialists.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
1-3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
Solid knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and basic networking concepts.
Familiarity with help desk software and remote desktop applications.
Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles.
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
