Provide first-level technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network issues
Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment
Assist in troubleshooting system, network, and connectivity problems
Maintain IT inventory, licenses, and documentation
Support email systems, user accounts, and access rights
Assist in system updates, backups, and data security procedures
Coordinate with external vendors and service providers when required
Ensure compliance with company IT policies and procedures
Qualification:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
1-2 years of experience in an IT support or assistant role (fresh candidates may apply)
Basic knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, hardware, and networking
Familiarity with antivirus software, backups, and IT security basics
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
