Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, network, and peripheral issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
Install, configure, and update operating systems and software applications.
Set up and maintain user accounts, email IDs, and system access permissions.
Network & Systems Support
Assist in maintaining LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi connectivity, and network security.
Monitor system performance and ensure smooth functioning of servers and network devices.
Support backup operations and help maintain data storage systems.
Maintenance
Perform routine maintenance of IT equipment, including cleaning, repairs, and part replacements.
Ensure all systems are updated with the latest patches and antivirus definitions.
Documentation & Inventory
Maintain logs of IT support requests and resolutions.
Keep inventory of IT assets, including hardware, software licenses, and accessories.
Assist with procurement of IT items and vendor coordination.
User Assistance
Provide guidance to staff on using computers, software, and digital tools.
Support classroom technology such as projectors, smartboards, and AV systems (for schools/colleges).
Educational Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / IT
Experience
1 or 2 years Experience even Freshers can apply
