Roles and Responsibilities
Desktop/Laptop, Printer & other accessories Hardware Support & repairing.
Knowledge in troubleshooting, Printer repairing, LAN networking cabling and troubleshooting etc.
3+ years of experience in system administration, Application Support, Desktop support.
Configuring and troubleshooting of printer, scanner and LAN related issues reported by users.
Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups.
Software support with respect to re-loading of Software, configuration of peripherals, protection from virus, support for data recovery etc and its installation as and when required.
Need to update entries in the System Status Register with the information consisting of nature of fault , brief details of the problem , Spare Parts provided , Call Registrations date and time , the call attended date and time, call close date and time.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
