We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled
IT Assistant
to support day-to-day IT operations at our resort. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining computer systems, networks, software, and provide technical support to staff to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support to for hardware, software, printers, CCTV, and network issues
Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, POS systems, and peripheral devices
Monitor and maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and basic network troubleshooting
Assist in maintaining servers, data backup, and antivirus systems
Coordinate with external vendors for IT repairs, AMC, and system upgrades
Maintain IT inventory and documentation
Support hotel systems such as PMS, POS, biometric attendance, and access control systems
Ensure data security, system updates, and compliance with IT policies
Respond promptly to IT issues to minimize downtime
Required Skills & Qualifications
Diploma / Graduate in IT, Computer Science, or related field
0-3 years of experience in IT support or similar role
Basic knowledge of:
Windows OS, MS Office
Networking (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi)
Hardware troubleshooting
CCTV and access control systems
Good problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work in shifts and handle emergency IT support
Preferred Skills
Experience in hotel/resort IT systems
Knowledge of PMS, POS, biometric devices
Basic understanding of cybersecurity and data protection
