Job Description

Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to hotel staff for hardware, software, and network issues. Maintain and troubleshoot hotel systems, including PMS, POS, and booking engines. Ensure stable internet connectivity for both guests and staff by managing Wi-Fi and network infrastructure. Perform regular data backups and ensure systems can be restored in case of failure. Implement and monitor IT security measures, including firewalls, antivirus, and data protection protocols. Install and maintain IT equipment, such as computers, printers, phones, and surveillance systems. Coordinate with vendors for software updates, hardware purchases, and technical support. Document IT procedures, inventory, and incident reports for future reference and audits. Support audio/visual setups and IT needs for conferences, meetings, and events. Provide basic IT training to hotel staff to improve efficiency and reduce common errors.

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
