Job Description

Ramada by wyndham, alleppey requires an IT Assistant for its IT dept.

apart from salary, food and accommodation will be provided

The candidate will be responsible for:-

managing and maintaining the hotel's computer systems and networks including hardware and software.
providing technical support to staff and guests and ensuring the security of sensitive information
install and configure computer systems, printers, and other equipments.
perform regular back up and disaster recovery operations
monitor and analyse network performance to identify potential issues and optimise systems accordingly.
provide training and suport to hotel staff on new software and hardware systems.
respond to security incidents and implement security measures to prevent future incidents.
The candidate should posses degree or diploma in computer science or related field.

the candidate must have 2+ years of experience in IT support or related field.

should have knowledge of windows server, firewall,computer systems, networks and security protocols.
