Job Summary:

We are seeking a

detail-oriented and proactive IT Asset Executive

to manage and maintain the company's IT asset inventory. The ideal candidate will have

hands-on experience with asset management tools

and demonstrate strong coordination skills with vendors to ensure smooth procurement, tracking, and lifecycle management of IT assets.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update IT asset inventory across all locations. Use asset management tools to track the lifecycle of hardware and software assets. Coordinate with vendors for procurement, delivery, and maintenance of IT equipment. Ensure compliance with asset management policies and procedures. Conduct regular audits of IT assets and generate detailed reports. Manage asset allocation, deallocation, and disposal processes. Assist in budgeting and forecasting for IT assets.

Requirements:

2-3 years of experience in IT Asset Management. Proficient in using IT asset management tools/software. Strong vendor management and coordination skills. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. Knowledge of

ITIL

or similar frameworks is a plus.
