who is hands-on, technically strong across modern development stacks, and capable of designing scalable,

cloud-native solutions

while working closely with global teams.

Role Overview

The IT Architect will be responsible for designing robust solutions, guiding engineering teams, and contributing directly to development where needed. The ideal candidate is someone with deep technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and experience working across backend, frontend, and cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement end-to-end

IT architecture solutions

for complex business needs. Collaborate with

US client

stakeholders to understand requirements and propose scalable technical strategies. Lead, mentor, and guide technical teams throughout project execution. Develop architecture diagrams,

technical documentation

, and solution proposals. Review system performance, identify improvement areas, and recommend modernization strategies. Ensure architectural compliance with industry standards for security, reliability, and scalability. Oversee integrations, API design, microservices frameworks,

and cloud-native deployments.

Work closely with DevOps, development, and QA teams for seamless delivery. Evaluate new technologies and drive adoption where beneficial.

Role Requirements

12+ years of progressive experience in software engineering and solution delivery. Strong hands-on expertise in ASP.NET / .NET Core, C#, React or Angular,

Azure Cloud Services.

Proven experience with Microservices

, REST APIs,

System Integrations, SQL & NoSQL Databases. Experience with

CI/CD pipelines

, Git, automation tools, and cloud deployment practices. Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration (added advantage). Excellent communication skills for working with international clients. Ability to lead teams, guide engineers, and make strong architectural decisions.

Pay: ₹1,310,488.35 - ₹2,515,759.74 per year
