Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
xc2xb7 Architect, build, and maintain CI/CD frameworks for both new and existing software applications.
xc2xb7 Provide self-service tools and systems for teams, along with guidance on DevSecOps practices.
xc2xb7 Develop, recommend, and drive DevSecOps best practices within the organization.
xc2xb7 Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior team members.
xc2xb7 Work independently in complex situations with minimal guidance.
xc2xb7 Build and streamline the automation of software delivery and operations using expertise in the full DevOps lifecycle, including:
o Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
o Source Code Management
o Build Orchestration & Artifact Management
o Testing (Unit, Integration, Functional, Performance, Stress, etc.)
o Compliance Automation & Audit Trails
o Deployment Strategies (Blue/Green, Canary, Rolling Releases)
o Monitoring, Logging, and Log Analytics
xc2xb7 Collaborate with the DevSecOps Center for Enablement (C4E) to align with enterprise practices and share beneficial tools or practices across teams.
xc2xb7 Engage actively with Agile Guilds and DevOps Communities of Practice.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
xc2xb7 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or related technical field (Master's preferred with 3 years of experience).
xc2xb7 Minimum 5 years of experience in software engineering or IT roles with experience in:
o Azure technologies, including backup and restore, ASR, Network NSG, and operational logging.
o Azure network design, including NSG, Gateway, Firewalls, Subnets, and VNets.
o Supporting production Azure deployments.
o Azure coding technologies, including CLI, PowerShell, and ARM templates.
o Terraform deployments using Azure DevOps.
o Working across teams to deliver complete Azure solutions (security, operations, engineering).
xc2xb7 Minimum 2 years of experience in DevOps engineering, focusing on the development and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines.
xc2xb7 Experience with Jenkins for CI/CD automation.
xc2xb7 Experience with Terraform for infrastructure automation.
xc2xb7 Knowledge of SonarCloud for code quality and security analysis.
Preferred Skills:
xc2xb7 Knowledge of Azure security constructs and best practices.
xc2xb7 Experience with containerization and container orchestration.
xc2xb7 Strong understanding of agile practices and participation in agile communities.
